2.1 Scan and Unlock History

We collect minimal operational data related to your use of our service:

• Scan history
• Unlock/cleaning operation history
• Public blockchain data only (wallet addresses, tokens held, transaction hashes)

Important: We ONLY collect public blockchain information. We NEVER collect, store, or have access to any private data, including private keys, seed phrases, or personal information.

2.2 Referral Information

Our referral system operates entirely on-chain through smart contracts. We do not store any referral data:

• Referral codes are derived from wallet addresses (not stored by us)
• Referral relationships are recorded on the Solana blockchain via smart contract
• Commission amounts and payment status are managed by the smart contract

Referral codes may be temporarily stored in your browser's localStorage for 30 days to track attribution during your session, but this data remains local to your device.

2.3 Blockchain Data

All transactions on the Solana blockchain are public and permanent. When you use our Service, your cleaning transactions become part of the public blockchain record, including wallet addresses, transaction amounts, and timestamps. This data is not collected by us but is inherently public on the Solana network.

2.4 Information We Do NOT Collect

We explicitly do NOT collect:

• Private keys or seed phrases
• Email addresses (unless you voluntarily provide them for support)
• Names or personal identification information
• Payment card information
• Social security numbers or government IDs
• Biometric data
• Browser type, version, or device information
• IP addresses
• Usage analytics, page visits, or time tracking

3.1 Service Provision

• Scanning wallets for empty accounts and dust tokens
• Calculating recoverable SOL amounts
• Executing cleaning operations
• Processing platform fees and referral commissions (via smart contract)

3.2 Legal Compliance

• Complying with applicable laws and regulations
• Responding to legal requests and court orders
• Enforcing our Terms of Service

4.1 Local Storage

Referral codes are stored in your browser's localStorage for 30 days. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings. No other personal data is stored locally.

4.2 Server Storage

We store minimal data on our servers:

• Transaction logs for completed cleaning operations (public blockchain data only)

We do not store referral data (managed by smart contract), usage analytics, wallet token balances, or account details beyond what's necessary for active operations. All data we store is publicly available on the blockchain.

4.3 Retention Period

We retain minimal data only as long as necessary:

• Transaction logs: Retained for 12 months for dispute resolution (public blockchain data)

Note: All blockchain transactions and referral data are permanently stored on the Solana blockchain via smart contract, not on our servers.

4.4 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure server infrastructure
• Regular security audits and updates
• Access controls and authentication

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5.1 Solana Blockchain

All transactions are recorded on the public Solana blockchain. This data is permanent and publicly accessible to anyone.

5.2 Solana RPC Providers

We use Solana RPC endpoints to query public blockchain data. These providers may log requests, including wallet addresses being scanned. This data is already publicly available on the blockchain.

5.3 Jupiter Price API

We use Jupiter's Price API to fetch real-time token prices. Jupiter may collect information about API requests, including token mint addresses queried.

5.4 Wallet Providers

When you connect a wallet (Phantom, Solflare, etc.), you're subject to that wallet provider's privacy policy. We do not control or have access to data collected by wallet providers.

6.1 What We Use

We use minimal tracking technologies:

• LocalStorage: For referral code tracking (30-day expiration)
• Session storage: For temporary state management during your visit
• Essential cookies: For basic functionality (if any)

6.2 Your Choices

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain storage mechanisms may affect Service functionality, such as referral tracking.

7.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

7.2 When We May Share Data

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: With third-party services necessary for operations (RPC providers, hosting)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
• Safety and Security: To protect rights, property, or safety of SOLUnlocker, users, or the public
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
• With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share information

7.3 Aggregate Data

We may share aggregated, anonymized statistics (e.g., "1,000+ wallets cleaned," "250 SOL recovered") that cannot be used to identify individual users.

8.1 Access and Correction

Since we collect minimal personal data and most interactions are wallet-based, you can view your transaction history on the Solana blockchain using any block explorer.

8.2 Data Deletion

Since we only collect public blockchain data and scan/unlock history, there is minimal data to delete. Note that blockchain transactions and referral relationships stored in smart contracts are permanent and cannot be deleted. You can clear locally stored referral codes from your browser's localStorage at any time.

You can opt out of referral tracking by clearing your browser's localStorage at any time.
