By using SOLUnlocker, you acknowledge the risks associated with blockchain transactions and cryptocurrency operations. Please read these terms carefully before using our service.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SOLUnlocker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Description of Service

SOLUnlocker is a utility tool that helps Solana blockchain users identify and recover SOL locked in:

Empty token accounts (accounts with zero balance)
Dust tokens (tokens with no market value or price data)
Worthless tokens (tokens with USD value below $1)

The Service scans Solana wallets using public blockchain data and facilitates the closing of these accounts to recover rent deposits.

User Responsibilities

3.1 Wallet Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Solana wallet and private keys. SOLUnlocker never requests, stores, or has access to your private keys. All transactions require your explicit approval through your connected wallet.

3.2 Account Review

You are responsible for reviewing the scan results and verifying which accounts you wish to close. While we implement safeguards (token whitelists, value thresholds), you should carefully review all accounts before proceeding with any cleaning operation.

3.3 Compliance

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any tax implications resulting from recovered SOL.

Fees and Payments

4.1 Platform Fee

SOLUnlocker charges a platform fee of 3% of the total recovered SOL. This fee is clearly displayed before you confirm any cleaning operation. The fee is only charged if the cleaning operation is successful.

4.2 Network Fees

Standard Solana network transaction fees (gas fees) apply to all blockchain transactions. These fees are paid to the Solana network, not to SOLUnlocker, and are separate from our platform fee.

4.3 Referral Commissions

If you use a referral link, a portion of the platform fee (configurable, default 20%) is paid to the referrer. This does not increase your costs - it comes from our platform fee.

4.4 No Refunds

All fees are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed on the Solana blockchain. Due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions, we cannot reverse completed operations.

Service Limitations and Disclaimers

5.1 "As-Is" Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5.2 No Financial Advice

SOLUnlocker does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice. The Service is a utility tool only. You should consult with appropriate professionals regarding any financial decisions.

5.3 Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that token prices, metadata, or scan results are completely accurate or up-to-date. Token prices are fetched from third-party APIs (Jupiter Price API) and may have delays or inaccuracies.

5.4 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control (Solana network issues, RPC endpoint failures, etc.).

5.5 Token Whitelist

We maintain a whitelist of major tokens (USDC, USDT, SOL, etc.) that are automatically excluded from cleaning operations. However, we cannot guarantee this list is comprehensive or that it will prevent all unintended closures. Always review scan results carefully.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOLUnlocker and its operators shall not be liable for any:

Loss of funds, tokens, or digital assets
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet
Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in scan results or token valuations
Service interruptions or unavailability
Third-party actions (Solana network, RPC providers, price APIs)

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to SOLUnlocker in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SOLUnlocker, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any rights of another party, or (d) any transactions you conduct using the Service.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the referral system
Create fake accounts or engage in self-referrals
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use automated tools to scan wallets without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Impersonate any person or entity
Collect or harvest user data without consent

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of SOLUnlocker and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including but not limited to:

Solana blockchain and RPC providers
Jupiter Price API for token pricing
Wallet adapters (Phantom, Solflare, etc.)
Token metadata services

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these third-party services. Your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to liability limitations and indemnification.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where SOLUnlocker operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SOLUnlocker regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
